Direct booking on the screen
For the very easy overview of the room’s availability we have created a graphic time picker which enhance the user experience and makes it very simple to book the room.
Booking functionality:
- book this room
- find available room
- see other rooms' current meeting status
- book a meeting in another room, that is available
- the company calendar is immediately updated with the new bookings
